1. Leader of... San Andreas Highway Patrol2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
When I started playing the game, I mostly played as a good character. I never considered applying to lead a legal organization like the SAHP. This will be a new experience for me, but as a fair-minded individual, I'll make sure that everything remains just and equitable for everyone.
I'm excited about the opportunity to take on a leadership role and work towards building an effective team within the organization. I believe that true leadership isn't just about giving orders; it's also about being attentive and supportive to each team member.
I have a group of people who are willing to join me in the SAHP once I become the leader. They are skilled individuals who understand the system well, which will be a great asset. Additionally, as the leader, I will spend hours on Discord to ensure that everything, including channels like '#promotion-logs,' is well-organized and up-to-date.
After observing leaders who weren't effectively improving their organizations, I decided to step up and take on the challenge of enhancing the Org. My goal is to implement positive changes and to the organization, ensuring a better experience for everyone involved.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
HR and IA Department combine.
Reason: The current compensation structure for the IA department, where they receive 15k for each person caught without a gun license or health insurance, is excessive. Similarly, offering HR agents 5k for each training session is also inequitable, as training sessions can range from 45 minutes to 2 hours in duration.
Outcome: To ensure fairness in the time and effort of our HR team members, I plan to increase HR payments while slightly reducing Internal Audit payments. By doing so, they get paid for the time HR agents spend on their duties, such as conducting training sessions and interviewing new members. By offering more payments to our HR department, they will start attracting more people for training/interview, and that is how we will get more members.
High way patrol department.
For those assigned to the Highway Patrol Department, emphasis will be on ensuring road safety through setting up radar stations and issuing fines to enforce traffic laws and maintain order on highways. To enhance the effectiveness of our patrols, I also wanna work on a system that guides officers to locations of interest. This system will highlight areas that require regular patrol, such as high traffic areas and locations with frequent reports of illegal activities such as DOC raod.
SWAT Department
I will be assigning a trusted and experienced member to lead our SWAT department. The SWAT team will be responsible for handling high-risk situations, such as investigating illegal cannabis plantations, responding to store robberies, and managing hostage situations. As a cohesive unit, the SWAT team will operate with precision and coordination.
For example, during a store robbery negotiation, the SWAT team 4-5 members will position themselves in hidden locations to avoid detection. So when ever the 10-10 starts, they will surprise the suspects and ensure the safety of hostages.
