Hello, I recently attended a family war event for the very first time. During the event, I recorded a POV. Unfortunately the recorded file became corrupted.
As a result, I received a ban. This is only the second time I have been banned. The previous instance occurred when I was a newcomer to the city, just one week after my arrival. At that time, I was unfamiliar with the rules and regulations.
I firmly believe that I do not make mistakes when I am fully aware of the rules. In this case, I accept complete responsibility for my actions and humbly request that you kindly consider reducing the duration of my ban.
