I would like to report a person with ID 330083 who is provoking me and repeatedly hitting me with their car without any reason. Additionally, I am speaking in my own language with my friend on Discord while this person is not receiving any punishment. I, on the other hand, am receiving a punishment for metagaming, which I am not engaging in. I believe this is a misunderstanding. I kindly request that you remove the warning and review the situation again.

At 0:05 of the video, you began asking the player in the opposite car (ID 330083) if they remembered you. This player is a "Stranger" to you, so you could only identify them through metagaming. At 0:10, you mentioned (ID 330083) forum post, which your IC character would have zero knowledge about. Your friend also escalated the situation by slowing down the car and allowed the provoking to continue multiple times.

Just because you reported an incident doesn't mean you're immune to punishment. We look for rule breaks, not title descriptions.

I am trying to speak logically. I saw the person with ID 330083 in the car in a previous thread. I described their clothing and face, and even mentioned it in the description of Thread POV 1. Yes, it might be a stranger, but I saw the same person and the same car in the previous situation, so I already know who they are. We were not in a situation where we were showing each other passports.

Am I mistaken?

Also, if my friend is driving slowly on purpose, why does this person keep following us? You know that car is already driving slowly.

What is your opinion on this matter?
