2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be the leader of this organization because i have lots of experience in state orgs i am currently HOD OF HS IN EMS and i can lead NG and make NG active and also I will make NG As lead org in state where we attend every global and even we protect out gates minimum i will make sure 2 units on North and south gates will be covered. and even will do ammo run to every org and make a good relation with every state orgs
2.2 I want to be leader of this organisation because i believe that i can create a fun working experience for everyone in my org while being strict when needed to, but i also believe that this will cause a good and strong relationship between me and my org members.
2.3 If I become the leader of the National Guard, I'll make sure that our performance is top-notch and everyone is treated fairly. We'll set high standards for our role-playing activities, making the org best in the city. and we gonna recruit the new members and not any favour if iam in an family everyone should get the experience in NG and we gonna make this the very very active org in state and for sure i promise we gonna never lose any fz raid or global.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I plan to focus on good connections within the organization and making fun events by working together.
i gonna give daily bonus for the soldiers

I will introduce a good bonus system
My departments will be:-
SOF ( Special Operation Force) :- There work is do to do Special operations , they gave Protection to General, LT General of Army , when they are going to anywhere for there Official Work, they only have access to Armored Vehicle.
MP( Military Police) :- There work is to make sure that Soldiers are having Health insurance , gun license , Not carrying any Illegal item ( Like Drugs , illegal guns ) They check the logs of our officers.
HR :- There work is to Hire and Give training to Officers.
Airforce:- There work is to do Regular Air patrol.
