2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this particular organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to be the leader of NG because I have been in almost all organizations.
Of all the organizations, I liked NG the most because it has the most potential for incredible roleplay, it just needs to be led by good people. I also have a ready team behind me of 15+ people who are very knowledgeable about handling weapons, roleplay rules and playing roleplay itself.
2.2 The previous leader was very good but not good enough to bring NG to its maximum. Trainings must be held EVERY day. These include shootings, hostage situations, attacks on military bases, arrests, kidnapping people with medkits, etc. In my opinion, the army was the most useless during the bank robbery, the aircraft carrier and other events.
2.3 The army should be the strongest state organization. We need to have the most people who are capable of everything, to always be ready for attacks on military bases, hostages and other IC things.
2.4 Any problems should be addressed to the high command so that it would be resolved as soon as possible and in the easiest way possible. I would not allow any argument between the members of the army, because that way the soldiers lose motivation for further work.
2.5 I am also the leader of a family of over 30 people active during the day and I lead them very well, 90% of them are capable of the actions mentioned above and I would probably put most of them in the army because I already know how they think and how they do their work.
3. Your tips for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Trainings would be mandatory for all members of the army, from Recruits to Unit Leaders.
This is where the above mentioned things would be tied.
3.2 There would always be 3-4 people at the gates because 1 man can't do anything against someone who, for example, shoots him with a sniper from the hill, I would also ask after 22:00 for volunteers who want to stand at the gates because even then there are plenty of people who want to break into a military base and steal ammunition or just kill members of the military.
3.3 Ammo Runs would be done with an escort of more than 4 cars with 3 people in each, similarly, other state organizations for which we do ammo runs should send at least 4 people to defend the AR from gangs that want to steal ammunition and weapons.
3.4 I would create a PTJ (Anti-Terrorist Unit) that would be specialized in hostage situations and would always be ready for attacks on a military base. These would be the most capable people in terms of handling weapons and roleplay .
3.5 I would create an AS (Air Support) team that would constantly be in the air from 12:00 to 22:00 and monitor the FZ district so that they would always know a few minutes before the raid or other attacks on base 3.6
I would create a MP (Military Police) that when someone is not on duty at the time they should be, they would be searched, then arrested and brought to the barracks for a conversation with the high command, and their trunks would also be searched due to suspicion of illegal activities.
