LEADER of SAN ANDREAS HIGHWAY PATROL (SAHP)
2.1 When it comes to leading the National Guard (NG) on the Grand RP server, one’s chances of making a better virtual military organization with structured and disciplined environments are good. With my vast experience from playing roles as well as holding high-command positions, I have the necessary expertise to achieve effective and orderly operations. All players taking part in this should have an immersion which feels real. There are various ways of doing this including creating training programs, coming up with strategic operations and promoting team spirit that will boost gameplay for all users.

2.2
One more thing I want to lead NG is by enhancing experience of role-playing by coming up with new interesting scenarios. My belief lies in that storytelling is powerful and there is need for dynamic interactions while playing. While leading NG I can come up with grandiose events and missions which will put players under immense pressure requiring them to think hard while doing it as teams. This does much more than just add complexity; it creates a sense of belongingness among players.

2.3 Lastly, my drive is to help and direct those who are new into the game. New players in the Grand RP can use NG as their training ground where they will obtain the required knowledge and skills to succeed. In this way by providing all the necessary education along with support, I would broaden new player’s understanding so that they can get into the game without much trouble and realize their place inside of society. It is through this leadership role that I am able to pay back to Grand RP society through ensuring that NG is open and friendly organization which promotes personal growth and development among its members

DEPARTMENTS
1. Human Resources: This Department Will Be Working On Interviewing New Citizens, Hiring Them, Proving Them With Their Batch Number & Logs As Well As Complete The New Officer's Training. They Will Provide Roles & Badge Number & Will Also Update The ROSTER of The Organisation!

2. Internal Affairs: This Department Will Be Looking Into The Matters Of Keeping a Check On Logs Of Officers, Their Bodycams As Well As The Org. Vehicles & Lisences Of The Officers. They Will Provide Strikes To Officers In The Behavioural Manner Or Any Complaint Received Against Any Officers Will Be Judged By Them.

3. Highway Patrol: This Department Will Be Looking For The Vehicles That Have Been Parked Incorrectly And Will Either Fine Them or Tow Them. They Get Extra Bonuses As Per Their Work & Efficiency! They will The Replacement of Highway Patrol as Well.

4. Special OPS: This Department Will Have The Specialised People That Will Look Into The Matter Of Robberies as Well Hostage Situation And Will Be Taking The Lead. This Department Will Have The Permission to use Heavy Machineries For Their Operations. They Will Hunt Criminals & Attend ATM Robs & House Robs.
