This LSPD member issued me 2 fines without even searching for my car's VIN number / any RP, somehow managed to identify me even though my car does not have a number plate, as seen on end of video. He did all this within 5 seconds of looking at the car + me which he could see my account ID from that angle.

I want him to show me what RP he did besides seeing my account ID above my head to issue this fine.
