2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• After seeing people get Leader of Lifeinvader, and not doing well in it, I feel kind of sad because LI is the most important organization in the city and that's why I want to step out and apply for it to continue the legacy of the best leaders ever , Minxy Malono / Rui Ace / Kim Abergil.
• As you know I have been in LI for more than 4 terms I think , and I have been trained well under the previous Leader Rui Ace and Minxy, I believe I have the experience needed to run LI as smoothly as possible, of course no organization is without having mistake but making a mistake over and over ... Which causes the Org to fail.
• Every leader should be a great leader and not only give orders but also listen to his employees' issues and help solve them, which is what leaders don't do these days, I see a lot of favouritism as well. I'm not saying everything, but since now I've seen a lot of leaders like this, but I'm pretty sure I'm not like that and I will do my best to be fair to all people, no matter who he/she is or where he comes from, treat everyone the same way.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ads Team:
• On the ads team, I'll make sure that no one can go ahead and edit ads before making sure they're well trained. As a leader, I will also make sure that rewards are given to those who really deserve them fairly, to be honest, I don't know how the training and interview system is currently in LI but I will also make sure that the training system is difficult and having someone who is well trained is better than having two people who are With little experience.
Journalist Team:
• I also plan to do contracts with other Orgs where they will allow us to obtain evidence and help us prepare more articles about what is happening in the city, another example is to interview each leader at the end of every week to explain to us what happened this week and what news they can provide us and write an article about it (interview)
Creative Team:
• For the creative team, I have a lot of ideas about new events we can do, the best DJ, shooting score and much more, I may need permission from curator for those events but I will do my best to do new events so that everyone can enjoy them. Not every week has the same events, "talent show" etc. because it will be boring for other people and for us our team as they are doing the same activity every week.
Overall:
I'm also thinking of making explanation videos to better explain the system and how they work.
