2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be leader of the Grove Street Families because of my passion for criminal activities. Ever since I joined criminal organisations I was immediately attached to the activity and variety of events you can participate in compared to legal organisations. As a leader I want to promote high activity and encourage all members to be active and participate in events. With my passion, I will guide gang members in the right path including teaching them the rules and offering ranks.
- With my past experience as a 2x gang leader I plan to bring back my highly experienced high commands which can handle situations when I am not available. Re-uniting our old members will set up the term for success by bringing experienced members back to gang organisations which will increase our activity and I will also make sure that all available members in city will attend events.
- I believe being the leader of Grove Street Families I can make a difference to the server and make situations more fun for everyone. With my experience, I know how to handle each situation properly and with high roleplay involved. I am willing to help each member with any of their concerns and make sure our gang remains humble and no toxicity will be involved.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- As a gang leader it is necessary to have high roleplay standards for members in your gang. As a leader, I will ensure to recruit members with knowledge of the rules and good roleplay as I have learned from my mistakes from my previous terms. I will make sure all members abide by the rules to reduce gang warnings. I will make sure all members are not toxic towards leos, or other gangs when about. I will add a bonus system to keep members active and eager to attend more events creating better roleplay scenarios. I will make sure all weekly events set by curators are completed. We will do daily store robberies and frequent hostage situations and fz raids to show our activity and increase the roleplay level.
