I heard a shot being fired while I was parked behind in a parking lot, hence I responded to go check it out which is when I found the person I am reporting open carrying and shortly before I saw him overcarrying but did not choose to arrest him for so. I am on-duty as Undercover and so I go up to him and tell him to stop but before I can give him proper demands he gets in his car and starts running off. I realize that I did not give him proper demands which is why I decide to not go after him and instead check on the person whom I thought was the one getting shot, which is when the guy reverses and runs me over, due to which I was also planning to add the charge of Murder or Attempted Murder, which is why I then decide to taze him out of the car, however I believe he did Power Gaming also as while tazed you can see he drew out his shotgun and tried shooting me, because of which I open fired at him and chose to neutralize him and then proceed with the arrest, but right as I neutralized him, you can see that he violated GR 6.2, which is why I am reporting him, along with the FL he was doing on the radio, and the Power Gaming that he did if it is applicable
