Additional information

1. Leader of...

Life invader

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

Creativeness: I have always been able to make some wonderful piece of work through Life Invader. Throughout the experience, in these terms, I always found myself doing some small cool posters, articles, videos, to my surprise, after surprise, with each and every upgrade of my own personal innovating abilities. I want to inspire others to unfold their imaginative abilities and show them what their full potentials could be, while, at best, having as much fun as I did throughout my time in Life Invader.

Better News: One thing I did pick up on is that a lot of people stay away from Journalism through Life Invader, and to be fair, it seems to me this is one of the funniest positions within Life Invader. However people see the work and not the experiences this provides. As a creator, I loved being able to get myself into situations like gunfights, hostage situations, and arrests being made on state employees; the list could go on for days. One of the main goals would be how to introduce better training for journalists and creativity in getting information on ongoing situations, events, and so forth, on how to also stay safe and productive while attending these. Furthermore too, my reporters would always not take a stand. For instance, if I would send a reporter to a field, I would expect him to write of what is going on rather than taking a stand just because they know it is a state org etc. Then it should not just be a focus of the negative part in the news, since for every case there is always that two sides of the story, and the majority of the organizations legally do not definitely always side to the legal part. **

Going back to work from home, I personally feel that Life invader honestly gives a work-from-home vibe. Anywhere across the city, at any given time, one can write an article, create a poster, edit a video, or even edit and air advertisements. Honestly, this gives Life Invader the title of best job in the city because you have the liberty to get involved in so many things happening around the city. You dont miss the action as half the time you're there filming it, and you run into alot more roleplay and realistic scenarios. Its always passive money while at the same time you can be hanging with a few friends at the casino. What does Life Invader mean to you, and how would you maintain that relationship? As much work as it is, you don't really feel like it's work; it's more of a pleasure to be working under Life Invader. My main goal would be to make sure that everyone sees Life Invader for the fun organization that I saw it as.

3. Your advice for making the RolePlay level in the organization better.

Communication: When I headed up journalism, one of the most critical aspects was always ensuring that Leos were aware of my presence at a situation and where in that situation I would be stationed. Without detail, you are playing a risky game whereby either the Leos could mistake you for criminals or the criminals could mistake you for an Leo. I feel like if you are a journalist at a scene your life should be your number one priority, no journalist for instance would ever go face to face with the capture of a hostage. {exception a Drone}

2. Ride Alongs: Can't find something to write about? Very simply, go and talk with a couple of LEOs, go on a ride-along to see and possibly do the same for a day or a couple of hours. A lot goes on in the city that half the population hasn't even heard of or experienced. Why not capture those moments for those who cannot? I personally loved going on ride alongs with LEOs because it was a different experience and some bonding between different organizations. Even just going on a ride along with EMS, you would be surprised by the amount of random and crazy things they see in one day alone.

3. Better Training: Mostly for the ads department. I don't think that just because they pass the tests, anyone should be let into ads team. There are numerous ways for someone to cheat through this testing system, and it would even be pretty simple for someone to get their friend into Life Invader. So, I propose we implement a system in which an Ads trainee can only do ads in front of a High Command or an Ads Team Trainer. This would really help in placing one who actually deserves to be in the Ads Department and one who cheated his or her way into it. After a certain period of conducting ads in front of the High Command, the trainee would then be promoted and treated like any other Ads Department employee. The only difference would be not being able to do Ads if you were not near a High Command or a Trainer. Going so far as to make them communicate with their chain of command gives the system a more realistic feel, a more hands-on way of doing things than the earned, rather than given way of doing.

4. Limitless Events: I propose that anyone in the organization would be able to plan and pitch an idea for an event, something new, something more exciting. These ideas would then be looked into by higher commands as to what is realistically possible within the terms of RP. I say, "everybody" because whoever plans and pitches the event would obviously be paid for the idea and planning, but the difference would be that everybody thinks differently. So why the struggle to always plan events through high command or a creative team when you have an organization full of different minds and perspectives?.

5. Involvement: I believe every person in a department should work together and act more like a unit instead of, "This person does this; this person does that." I feel a poster or an article should be looked at by at least two different people from that department, not one. This has already been said, but everyone thinks differently, and more creative things will happen if two or more people are involved. Same thing for the ads team instead of judging someone based of their wrongs pull them aside and talk to them help them to get better. We understand people get tired sometimes the Pda is flooded. Life Invader is supposed to be fun, not stressful. The last thing I want is people criticizing their own department workers.

Finally, I am feeling good about this great chance to be considered for the title of the new CEO for Life Invader. I believe I can bring a great, new roleplaying experience to the people that most wouldn't expect of this organization. The sky's the limit, and I look forward to the challenges that might come up in my way to attaining everything that I want to turn Life invader into.
