i had gone to complete battle pass mission and there was a person, he started shooting on without any reason and warning

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
ID 148375 will receive a punishment for RDM (Gen Rule 6.15)
GR 6.15 - When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them
If you feel the punishment the administrator issued is incorrect, feel free to file a Complaint Against Administration.
