Gen Rule 6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN

As the rule mentioned in grand rp server discord states that Mercy killing is when i kill someone whos unconscious to escape or avoid rp situation and in the given thread i believe the decision was incorrect since
1. The entire pov of situation wasnt provided to show if there was actually any rp situation going on or not and admin didnt req for extended pov .
2. In the incomplete pov provided by the thread owner it shows that hes unconscious in ghetto and there literally no one near him showing no rp situation like robbery or patch up
3. I was just ghetto clapping and from far distance due to possible visual bug it appeared that the man was standing so i took my shot
4. Mercy kill takes place inorder to help someone but i dont know this guy (hes not a fam member nor a gang member or anyone ive met before)
5. I always follow rules and the only punishment ive received is gz1.1 for not knowing exact boundary for unscripted gz and ive learned from that mistake so please look into this and help me as i wanna do rp and enjoy the organization events


I will make sure that I am more careful next time
