#1 I Want to become leader of families because when i come to city first time i joined families then i did too much effort to do my work then in my first term i got Underdeputy in familes.
#2 Second is my leadership skills in which gang i was underdeputy my juniors follow my command properly they even said me you are very good high command we need a leader like you thats why i got inspired from my juniors and i decide to took leadership of Families.
#3 Third is my experience i was HC(underdeputy) in all gangs now i am perfect to take leadership of every gang and i handle all gang members like a friend that why they follow my command properly..
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
#1 I Will Take Good and well experienced HCs and deputies that they will lead best in gang. (Avoid Favratism)
#2 Try to come in city more then 5-6 hours because if leader will not active how members will active.
#3 Take good and well experienced turf team that they will make 100% turf in my term.
#4 Will Make Whole Ghetto green with all time active and make 10k+ profit of Graffiti.
