Please check all forums bellow before you decide because we are facing with this every hour. Im spray leader of bloods. so i go to vagos side every hour to check sprays and im seeing alot of them doing rule breaks. I dont know what should i do when i see rule breaks. Should I not report them for fear of getting ban? I didnt target any org i just report their rule breaks.

Alex said "U came to HQ of gangs to provoke them on rule breaks and after make complains". There is spray location in front of vagos HQ so i have to spray there. Im not going there to provoke them, im going there to spray, they killing and robbing me when i spray there.
