1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I feel like I've done everything and would like to help everyone get the correct RP in this city. I would like to spread my wings and take on challenges such as regulating city rules and making sure everyone is getting the fair and correct RP scenarios I experienced growing up in this city. This would be a nice challenge for me to keep me motivated since I sincerely enjoy helping people.

Great Communication - effectively sharing and receiving information in a way there won't be any misunderstandings
Honesty - Never breaking the integrity of my work or bending any morals and/or rules for anyone
Patience - Has time to deal with anything and doesn't get easily irritated
Meticulous - Double checks work and pays great attention to detail before submitting or confirming

Being too nice - Giving people chances or "slaps on the wrist" vs hard punishing
Self Sufficient - Never like to rely on others for help and will sometimes rather just figure it out on my own, doing things on my own vs working with others
Challenging asking for help - It can be somewhat demotivating asking a peer or someone higher than you for help cause at times you might get an answer that might make the 'peer' think less of you or you do not know what you doing. Although it shouldn't be this way, it does happen at times when working with others or when someone has an ego

Professionalism - Respect to others when doing work duties and not doing anything bad to shame the "admin" name
Hardworker - Someone who is motivated to always offer help or do the duties not everyone is willing to do
