1. Leader of National guard
Why do you want to be a Leader?
I want to be the leader of NG Because during my life IG i have spend almost 2-3 months in National guard as well as i have been in NG in EN-1 with very good experience, to server for people and los santos. As i have very good experience in national guard and have dept knowledge about how system work, either doing ammo run or protection of Fort Zancudo during raid time. Apart from this, I am also ready to give my one hundred percent to NG which helps in taking national guard at another level
Example:- Due to having experience in NG it will able me tackle situation more easily, under the rules of state and leaders
What are my Goals?
1. NG needs to be around almost 24/7 to truly serve the city in any way I want to get that up and running ASAP to try to get as close to 24/7 availability as possible.
2. The special units need to be rethought and re worked from the seals the the combat medics. That's why I want to make shure that the leaders of these division's truly know what they are doing before I put them in there place. So we can maximize that amount of RP coming out of these units
3. NG should be the deciding factor in many battles that's why I want to organize a small team of men that are willing to be around a lot and willing to risk there life 12/7 to be a QRF for all Leos.
Making Good Coordination
Basically, in national guard co-ordinations plays very crucial role in different scenarios either in global situation or any other, i will make good coordination within Ng and also to other legal orgs.Further more, during haptic situation people become confuse what to and what not which makes confution during raid and global
Example: during raid time gangs enter the base, all employs follow them and no one left on gates which give a very positive advantage to gangs to escape from FZ i will try to impose a very good co-ordination between each other.
My advice for improving the Roleplay level in organization
Finally to improve the Roleplay i would like to make it the way it was in the " old days " there's a reason that it worked so well and there's no reason that It wouldn't work now. examples include, using and maintaining a command line a structure, only recruiting the best of the best to weed out the unwanted cases of fail and miss RP, using recruitment drives only when truly necessary and finally using smart and thought out tactics to fight against raids and storms.
There are a lots of things i will do to improve Roleplay, some of them are:-
1. Marinating RP during healing by saying what you exactly doing
2. Marinating RP while making anyone detainee and hand over to LSPD/SAHP or FIB
3. Marinating while searching someone and taking permission to do so
4.Implementation of different section inside the NG like Medic, Special forces and air force to execute mission in efficient manner
5.New uniform will also be implemented which is more realistic
