Rejected Update on my request, still banned

I recently made an appeal to remove my (in my opinion wrongful) ban but after consideration the admin (Lebron Pluxury) replied that I am not banned, i in fact am still banned. I also heard that it being an IP ban makes a difference. The admin that originally banned me is Nepal Fedorov
