I was crossing the street and this guy started shooting inside the city and did mercy killing.
I need strict action for this guy.

Maam when he just shot me then only i started the recording because only that time i just came inside the city.

This is not mercy killing by the way. Mercy Killing is as follows based on General Rules 6.17 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).
