I’m truly passionate about LifeInvader and I am completely dedicated to its success. If I were to be given the opportunity to lead this organization, I would put my heart and soul into it, working hard & doing anything to make this org thrive in success. I value treating people with kindness & respect because I believe it is essential to create a positive work environment and achieve shared goals.
As someone who has been in LifeInvader for so long, I have come to learn and appreciate the culture & goals of this organization & the LifeInvader community is one of the nicest groups of people I have met in this city. That's why this is the only organization that I have ever wanted to be a leader of and see it thrive in success.
I want to make LifeInvader an integral part of the city with other organizations, ensuring that actual media is always present & relevant in every situation. My goal is to deliver fresh and latest news that resonates with every citizen of Los Santos, whether they are criminals, state officers or anyone else. I want the CNN to be something people appreciate & look forward to.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will communicate with my team and brainstorm new & unique event ideas that would not only entertain the participating civilians but would also be welcoming and accessible enough so that every citizen can participate without feeling any restrictions.
I would advertise every service LI has to offer regularly so that every citizen has the knowledge of even new or less common known services like Galaxy roof bar rental and party bus rental and how to access those services.
I will make sure every ads employee is registered on a worksheet with their time availability. This way I will be able to hire ads employee for specific time to make sure all time zones are covered equally instead of guesswork. I will also make sure one or more Ads HC is always present in the city at all times.
I would encourage journalists to get informants so that we are always informed of all situations happening in the city and make the informant role active.
I will make sure we have a good and healthy relationship with all state and crime organizations so that our reporters can work freely.
I will keep more than one receptionist at all times to respond to any situation when called and I will make sure that receptionists and HRs act professionally like actual company employees instead of trolling or acting rudely.
