I was conducting an ammo run for the government, and afterward, we planned to take some pictures. However, this individual with the ID 261340 started interrupting. When I requested him to leave, so I could take pictures with the soldiers, he insulted me by calling me a 'silly c*&^' and then drove off in a car. When I asked for his ID, he claimed to be a taxi driver, but the government officer involved in the ammo run said he's close to the leader.
