• I have been working in this organization for alomost eight months and i know the pressure and responsibilities it has. I am sure that i can take on these responbilities and make the organization the best organization in the city.
• I am well aware of the responsibilities the leader of Lifeinvader holds as i am been the leader before so i am confident that i can take the organization to a next horizon with my passion for this organization.
• I have worked mostly as a high command in this organization so i know how to keep my team in order and also motivated so that me along with my team can fullfill all the goals of the organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Ads Team

I have been working for the ads team since the starting and i am well aware of the promblem it has to face. I looking forward to solve the problems by taking certain steps like hiring more citizens who are ready to work for Lifeinvader and treat their job as their passion. I am planning to hire employees from different timezones so that the ads runs as smooth as butter. I am also planning to make a friendly high command department who are ready to keep their ego aside and help everyone who are working under the ads department.​

I am also planning to make a well trained HR department so that they can train the new employees and make them perfect with the publication of ads.​

Creative Team

The creative team we have right now is pretty good but I am looking forward to make it better by hiring citizen with extraordinary skills in making posters and writing broadcasts. I am planning to motivate the employees by increasing their salaries. ​

I am planing to come up with more quality events. With my past experience i am planning to host events that will attract more citizens. I will inform the citizen two to three days prior to the events so that we attract more citizens and turn the event to a great event and set an example for the upcoming leaders. I will maintain good relation with LSPD,FIB, NG and SAHP so that they can help us during the events so that we do not face any chaos and conduct a successful event.​

Journalism Team

I am blessed to have the journalism team like this. The journalism is so perfect that is why i am planning to deliever atleast two articles and a interview every week to the citizens of Los Santos.​

4. Goals during the Leadership

• Create a friendlist envirnment in the organization.
• Deliever quality events along with quantity.
• I am looking forward on becoming an unbiased leader
• I will focus on all departments and take Lifeinvader to a next horizon.

I would like to conclude by telling that i am gonna work hard and take Lifeinvader to a next horizon. I am going to respect all my employees and help everyone so that we can make Lifeinvader the greatest organization.
