Upon reviewing the evidences , i have decided to Accept this report
ID: 163365 will be punished for RDM
Reason :- When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.

However ,
I wont be punishing ID: 146885
Reason :- Cannot find any suitable evidences for RDM , the bullet was fired to u by that guy after u were dead , which makes it unsure that , his bullet actually hit u or not .​
