Dear Admin,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to address an issue that led to my recent ban for 60 days. I mistakenly set the price of a battery in the store to 900,000 instead of the intended 90,000. This was an unintentional error, and I fully understand that the server rules prohibit such pricing discrepancies.

I sincerely apologize for this mistake and any inconvenience it may have caused. I assure you it was not done with any malicious intent. I’ve always strived to follow the rules and maintain a positive experience within the community.

I kindly request that you reconsider the duration of my ban, as this was a genuine error. I would greatly appreciate it if you could lift the ban or reduce its length. I’m more than willing to cooperate and ensure that such mistakes do not happen again in the future.
