Meine Frau hat sich am PC auf den Account eingeloggt weil sie auch mal Grand anspielen wollte und ich habe sie Auf den Strandmarkt geschckt um die Comunity kennen zu lernen. Jedoch wurde mein Profil gebannt weil Sie gespielt hat und sich das Ganze ansehen wollte. Als SIe mich weinend aufgewckt hat weil sie Beleidigt wurde und ein Wanted bekommen hat. daraufhin habe ich einen Admin gefragt ob er mir weiterhelfen kann und sagen kann was passiert ist und wurde von einem anderen daraufhin gebannt. Mir ist klar, dass ich mein Passwort änderen muss und sie einen eigenen Account erstellen muss falls sie sich jetzt noch dazu entscheiden sollte Grand zu spielen.

Ebenso erbitte ich um aussergerichtilche Einigung bzgl Rückerstattung der GC welche auf grund der 60 Tage wertlos wurden.

My wife logged into my account on the PC because she wanted to try out Grand as well, and I sent her to the beach market to get to know the community. However, my profile got banned because she played and wanted to explore the game. When she woke me up crying because she was insulted and received a wanted level, I asked an admin for help and clarification, but was banned by another admin as a result. I understand now that I need to change my password and that she should create her own account if she decides to continue playing Grand.

Additionally, I kindly request an out-of-court settlement regarding the refund of the GC that became worthless due to the 60-day ban.
