Rejected Ban for GR 6.17 | 7664

Hey so i reported someone for rdm and Racial slur but then i got banned for GR 6.17 and VDM, which i did vdm but i didnt break the rule GR 6.17 as i someone was in the background watching youtube on their phone ooc which then put it in my mic and i use nvidia geforce recordings and have 3 monitors so that recording software will be allowed.

If you try say that i was watching a video then look at my alt + tabs list and theres only one video on there which has already ended by the time the clip started so in this case i should be unbanned and i will allow the VDM punishment as i did vdm him
