2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 -
As everyone knows, NG is a starter organization and most new people start their adventures in this organization. And NG was one of the first organizations I joined and it helped me a lot. As I climbed from the lowest rank to the higher ranks, I made many friends and learned exactly how NG works and what I need to have to run an organization. I also have many innovations and plans in mind for the organization, and I know and trust many people who will help me on this path. And I already have 2 previous leadership experiences and they have added a lot to me. Now I want to show myself on the State side as well. And I have talked to a lot of my Leader friends before, This will also be very useful for me, so that I can be sure of what I will and will not do in my term and we will have a successful term. I believe that we will have a successful term this way.

2.2 - I believe that I have sufficient knowledge and skills to manage an organization, and I have learned very well what I need to do in this regard. I know very well what a leader should and should not do, which behaviors will harm the org and which will take the org to the next level. And we will try to create a great term by blending all of these. Having outstanding experience on both the State and Crime sides of the city puts me a step ahead of the rest. Because I know how to use this advantage and knowledge. We will do our best to make people have fun and feel at home, and we will make sure that they are always in an equal and fair environment.

2.3 - There are some problems that need to be prevented in every organization. And one of the problems I usually see in NG is the activity problem. And it's actually not very difficult to solve. We will prevent problems such as activity and favoritism, and in this way, we will offer people a peaceful and comfortable working environment. And besides all this, we will transform NG into a warm family environment where everyone respects each other, so that people will respect what we do and we can make our name known throughout the city. And we will establish a nice bonus system to attract people's attention and increase their complacency towards the organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 -
Using Rp Commands and uniforms: Most people generally do not pay attention to using Rp properly and think that it is unnecessary, but on the contrary, these commands are very important to improve RP and they should definitely use them appropriately. And I will pay close attention to it. Also, I don't want people to wear ridiculous uniforms. Everything will be in a certain order and discipline will always dominate the organization. I will pay close attention to these two issues.

3.2 - The problem of favoritism: As you know, it has become a classic problem that occurs in all organizations. But because it is a very annoying situation, people do not like it and do not want to be in such an environment, so we will keep the entire organization under constant surveillance to prevent this.

3.3 - Relations with other organizations and Laws: We will keep good relations with all other organizations and will never hesitate to ask each other for help in case of any problems and this will benefit all of us and we will always stay in touch with them and do the best we can. We will also make sure that all soldiers know the laws and intermediate game rules, thus turning the organization as a whole into a family environment.
