1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   - Moving from a player to an admin role can provide me a new challenges and learning experiences. that could be a natural progression for seeking personal growth. As a player genuinely sometimes get tired of role-playing and want a break .so, becoming an admin allows me to stay involved.
2. What are your strengths?
   - My strengths that includes strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the game mechanics.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   - My main weakness is that I sometimes focus too much on detail, which can slow down decision-making in fast-paced situations. However, I'm actively working and balancing my weakness.

   - I can bring strong conflict resolution skills, extensive knowledge of game and follow the rules properly and make effective communication with admin team. and a fair, and unbiased approach to the decision-making.
