my friend sam willaim ID (67365) got ban for 60 day for gym bot , it seems to be that he didnt use gym bot bec i was in a discord call with him and he was talking to me and then ADMIN (karl) was talking to sam but he was trying to talk but it wasnt working, and he tried to leave the gym but his game was freezed, and then the admin (jon Barnes) teleport him somewhere and then gave him ban

and he took a screenshot while he was getting ban and he send this to me check the proof

can you please appeal him or at least make it less 60 days is a lot
