Hello, I am making this because I got ban for GR 1.1. I know why they ban me just because I had a storm, and my internet went off and it reset my IP on the internet router this is a fact it is a reset of the IP on the router. I DID not trade, and I think this is very much unfair.

Once my internet came back up I loaded up rage on the epic games account that I have always used. When I got to the login screen it did not have my email there like it normally does, I had to put it in it maybe a glitch or something
