2.1 Today iam here to Apply for the leader for the families gang. my name is stark pluxuryy iam form los santos city.
i worked in many orgnizations in state and crime. my past exprince in state is ems fto, fib cos of internal affiars, sahp 2x under deputy, lspd hod of hr , and ng highcommand crime side marabunta ballas , bloods underdeputy and families and vagos is highcommand.
2.2 when i came city i joined in ems for money to help my family which is in poor condution at the moment some guys came and kill the all my fam members after that incident i decided to join police departement and after that i joined lspd , sahp , fib , ng what i know that time all leos made a plan and kill the my family members with curiol mind leos .
2.3 At that moment i decied to join gangs after i joined many gangs no one helped me at moment that why i decided to take the leader of gang and kill the every leo with cruial and get revenge on them they killed my hoimes and friends and family i nerver leave them with peace and some day i will become leader to any gang and after that i will show my power to gangs and leo and i will definatley make families gang on top in the city with 100% truf and respect .

An environment where people can have fun and improve themselves: In short, in an organization I manage, people will be able to both have fun and improve themselves. How Does? First of all, I will give people bonuses depending on their performance and the activities they participate in to increase their desire to work. Also, when I deem it necessary to improve themselves, we will gather the whole gang together and have a quick meeting and here I will talk about our progress / the behaviors that people should and should not do and people will be able to improve themselves in this way, and not only that, but also by giving them advice in the events and activities we do, I will also talk about the work they do. I will offer them great opportunities by showing them how to do it in the most correct way.
