Why I Want to Be the Leader of SAHP:

When I first arrived in the city, I was often in trouble with the law, getting arrested every couple of days due to my involvement with illegal organizations. During one of these arrests, an LSPD officer suggested that joining the force might help me turn things around. I took this advice seriously and decided to join, which was a turning point in my life. I discovered a real passion for law enforcement and became committed to self-improvement and learning the ropes of the organization.

After serving in all the major legal organizations and holding high command positions in various terms, including Hiko's, Anni's, Sinister's, Anvy's and finally my friend Alexander's term, I gained valuable leadership experience. My time in these roles has prepared me to take on the challenge of leading SAHP.


How I Plan to Improve Roleplay and SAHP Operations:

  1. Enhancing Departmental Operations:
    • Human Resources: HR will be crucial from the start. They will handle all hiring, training, and promotions based on performance and dedication. No one gets hired without HR approval.
    • Internal Affairs: Integrity is key. Internal Affairs will conduct regular checks to ensure all activities are legal and transparent, maintaining the organization's reputation.
    • Public Relations: We'll engage with the community through events and campaigns, enhancing our public image with support from Life Invader media.
    • Specialized Teams: The SRT (Special Response Team) and HWP (Highway Patrol) will consist of trusted individuals ready to respond to any situation.
  2. Motivational Bonus and Promotion System:
    • Implementing a structured bonus system to reward officers for participating in various events:
      • 10k Each | FZ Raid
      • 10k Each | Ammo Run
      • 40k Each | Bank Robbery
      • 40k Each | ACC
      • 45k Each | Submarine
