2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
   1. Because the Ballas gang is the first gang which I gain my first hc position and learned all the rules . After Ballas i joined other gangs and gained hc positions there aswell. I saw so much leaders saw their mistakes and find solutions to them.
   2. I want to be leader of Ballas because, I have a lot of experience both legal and illegal organizations, I tried both side but gangs have a special place for me. My favorite gang has always been Ballas and I don't think it will be changed.
   3. Ballas gang is the most important gang for the ghetto everytime. The location of Ballas hq is the best by far. It is in the central of the ghetto and our members can help our other members fastly in the ghetto .
      
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
   1. Recruit members who know the every basic rules.
   2. There will be so much activity in my terms for example Daily store robs hostage situations.
   3. Ghetto activites everytime.
   4. Attending every event.
