I am here to to report a player who was previosuly banned on RS server for breaking G.P 1.6. (ID: 5338)
Same player is still playing on his twink account ID: 10829
He also was a part of the admin team and he is now trying to get back to the admin team.
This is a thread where he was rejected for a second chance.
I dont think he should be allowed to even play on this beautiful project let alone apply for a second chance to join admin team.
