1. Leader of los santos vagos gang
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 ---→ I want to become the leader of los santos vagos gang because I have high command (under deputy) experience in all different gang in city and I can handle the vagos as leader, I know every gang events and all gang stuff and know in which manner gang will run, what strategy we have to do for active our gang from other gangs in city. I want to take vagos from other gangs because I want to active vagos in all events and ghetto by dominate others gangs
2.2 ----→ Recently vagos gang disband by some of reason, but I will avoid things that harm gang or give us gang warn. If I get the leadership then my family who have good numbers, my friend, allies fam join vagos in my term to active it from other gangs and help me to complete 1 term .
2.3----→ As a leader my main aim towards that there will be no guy who didn't know anything about gang in the organisation and Secondly I will ensure that all weekly requirement and maintain good relationship with our curator.
2.4 I will make active vagos and try to spread terrorism in the city by doing alot of different events everyday with interact with leo like 24/7 store robbery, gun store robbery, hostage situation, vehicle thrift, defend gang raid from Leo's as well as other gangs, FZ RAID, subs and many more etc.
2.5 Encourage people in the org by showing our activities to join vagos gang from others. So that nobody bored in gang and gain more experience in gang by doing all gang stuff.. every hour getting 10k+ from spray profit in the organisation and try to take all territory by yellow cars i.e. by vagos..
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.Giving training to newcomers in the org so that no rule break requirements and encourage him to attend events to gain exp and enjoy roleplay.
2. Giving good bonus in every event.
3. There will be a great family without any toxicity in the organisation.
4.introduce strike system in the org
→strike 1 DEMOTE
→ strike 2 DEMOTE to rank 1
→ blacklisted
5. Seeing every gang member performance and give 100k for their activeness and performance in event.
6. Do alot of different events in everyday like hs , store/gun robbery, FZ RAID etc.
7. Always full warehouse with ammo and gun in events or ghetto robbery
8. I will ensure that all weekly requirements will be complete without any gang impact.
