As a lead state attorney, I quickly observed that he was wearing a balaclava, prompting me to request his identification. He did not have any ID on him, but he did present his passport. Following this, I proceeded to detain him and conduct a search to ensure he was not in possession of any illegal items. After searching him, I uncuffed him and drafted a warrant, which you can see has been approved by the Supreme Court justice. He could of asked for my identification before jumping to conclusion.
