Hello on this report I never CR'ed the person he was sitting inside the car and I was pulling him over TO HIS CAR NOT TO HIS BODY therefore I would request my punishment to be waived and getting my guns back.

He was coming again and again to the ghetto and ramming us and running out of the ghetto so I tried to stop him
