I accidentally punched somebody his helth was low and I got banned by anticheat #1013, I have POV if needed

I thought I was recording the screen because the application sent a notification to my screen that it was recording the screen. When I looked to post a screen recording when you replied to my forum, I saw that it recorded 20 minutes before I was banned. Unfortunately, I do not have a screen recording because my friend next to me deleted the screen recording. But when I look at the screen recordings of people who were banned for the same reason as me, I see that they experienced the same things as me. They punched a player with 1 hp and got banned (I was banned for a similar reason before, I punched my friend at the family house while I had a revolver in my hand and got banned for #1010)
