the character wrote an unban appeal Rejected - BAN for GR 1.6 | Bobby Pluxury for violating general rule 1.6, Adham just wrote to him "Not appealable. Rejected." nowhere does it say that he will get the project blacklisted on all grand's servers and nowhere does it say that his forum account is also blacklisted?
I'm interested in whether the rules are the same for everyone, because I see that you haven't given him a project blacklist, while you do it regularly on the RS server.
Does this apply to all grand projects and will this character be blacklisted on appeal or are you banning it only upon application?
