Hello dear Napal Fedorov, I hope you have a nice day, so today I got banned for Anticheat #1013, I don't know why I got banned, i was fist fighting with my own family member in the arena and suddenly i got banned for no reason. I never used any kinds of third-party applications or hacks or cheats in any game. Can you please explain me the reason about the Ban.
