Hello Lebron,
ID 133844 got banned for massive Warehousing.
He is currently playing with account ID 127783 and continues to harm players with his behavior.
The player was in the FIB and deleted any weapons and items from players' vehicles that he found on the road. In doing so, he caused millions of dollars worth of damage and was permanently banned under general rule 1.3.
The player then also created a video in which he generously shows his deed and mocks the server:

He deserves a Project Blacklist for his actions. Other players have been permanently banned for less.
