Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Experience and Dedication: Bloods was the first organization I joined when I arrived in the city, and I've held significant leadership roles within it for a long time. Bloods holds a special place in my heart. With the experience I've gained, my goal is to restore the Bloods to its former glory and utilize my leadership abilities to their fullest potential.
Unlocking the Gang's Potential: I believe that the Bloods currently has the highest potential among all the gangs. Alongside my skilled deputies and leadership team, I am confident we can maximize this potential. My aim is to ensure that we have an enjoyable and high-quality experience while strictly adhering to the rules.
Showcasing My Leadership Abilities: I've previously held roles such as underdeputy and high command in various gangs within the city. Now, I want to apply the expertise I've gained to lead the Bloods. The past leaders of the Bloods have achieved significant success; I plan to build upon that success and reach new heights with my own leadership.
My Suggestions for Enhancing the RolePlay Experience in the Organization:
No Tolerance for Toxic Behavior: I will enforce a strict no-tolerance policy for any form of toxicity, ensuring that RP remains high quality in all situations.
Strong Leadership Team: I will appoint deputies who can efficiently manage the gang's activities and operations, even when I'm not present in the city. They will be well-prepared to handle any situation that arises.
Engaging RP with Law Enforcement: I will work to create immersive and engaging RP scenarios with law enforcement. This will include planning events like hostage situations, highway robberies, and store heists throughout the day, possibly multiple times. These events will be executed with high participation and without any rule-breaking.
Training and Education: I will organize frequent training events to teach the basics of city activities and ensure that all members have a fun and enriching experience.
My Goals for Bloods:
To complete the term without receiving any warnings.
To take control of the Ghetto without any rulebreaks.
To earn maximum spray profit every hour.
To achieve 100% turf.
