Rejected Unjail 21606 Unfair

Hi,
I got jail for 60 minutes when i logged in i thought i am in here because of that failrp but now i got out and now i again got in for 120min jail

Why was i in jail for 60min than

My fail rp tjread 7802
It was accepted on 2:33 am pak time yesderday so i assume i got the 60min jail already for it
And its now 11:48 pm here
