Upon reviewing I have decided the following

Suspect ID did VDM clearly but both suspect and thread owner used non-RP terms(*VDM, POV*) via voice.
Therefore, ID 146113 will receive punishments for VDM + Mixing.
And also, ID 121956 will receive punishment for Mixing.​
