I just want to tell that, at first the player 4423 was not in a personal property and it was an empty land between two houses, second thing in GR 6.24 it is written that It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc., But I didnt killed any player who was doing any starting jobs, and as far as I know that food truck was not an starting job. So, sir I want you to review the pov again and pls look in to this matter
