Hello, can you review this forum again? I don't see anything in the video where I commit the offense of mixing, I speak English and I don't provoke in any way, why am I penalized?

You’re running toward someone actively firing a gun at you, which is completely unrealistic behavior (UB—you would never do this in real life). Additionally, you told the player, "I'm reporting you," which is mixing. Your punishment was severely light hearted as it should be Fear RP/UB - Warning.
