Ws good Lebron,
I’m here to file a complaint about the corrupt and poorly moderated server. I actually appreciate that the server is small, so you can have some peace and quiet. But the problem with this server is that there’s a lot of corruption, and I blame the entire server management for it. I understand that Kira can do whatever he wants with his server, but there are still limits. The server is dead, in case you haven't noticed!
How is it possible that in a server with 1500 people like EN1/DE1, you receive attention and assistance before in a server with 15 people? This situation is illogical. I'm not saying this just to complain about my ban; I'm saying it generally for everyone who has left the server because of this administration. Some even left the entire Grand project because of them, which is not beneficial for you since you are losing quite a few people for a server that is so well made, along with the expenses it entails.
if the administration is good with the players like in the English server, it will never lose players because people will be happy. After all, this is a game, and for many, it's a job, but the majority are players.
Recently, I got banned for supposedly having three accounts. However, after discussing it with higher admins, I was explicitly told by an administrator that I wouldn’t be banned because the third account was only logged into once (I never even knew about a third account). Yet, 2-3 days later, when I tried to log into the server as usual, I found myself banned for the violation of having three accounts. This goes against the agreement that was made fine, whatever. But I submitted an unban request on August 13, 2024, and these admins on a DEAD server took two whole days just to respond to my request. As of today (August 17, 2024), I’m still banned, even though I was told on August 15, 2024 (see proofs) that my account would be cleared and unbanned. I don’t even understand why my account would be wiped for a 60-day ban; only the main account should logically be unbanned.
I can gather all the people who play on this server and have them comment in this same thread about how they feel. If there’s no one else who will raise a complaint like I am, assuming I will get banned as always, no one else will do it. That’s why I’m stepping up to complain for everyone.
What do I want to achieve with this, you may wonder? Hand on heart, Lebron, please find a new server management team. Kira’s poor moderation has killed this server. Ask anyone who isn’t Kira’s puppet. I hope you have a great day.
