I was going to Paleto Bay where I found out that this pink Chiron was falling from the mountain, so it was clearly UB driving. I decided to get his ID so that I can report him. As soon as I landed in front of him after chasing for so long, he started VDM + CR which is clear in POV. Please take action on these kind of people. Thank you!

ID 256527 will receive a punishment for CR
Next time, avoid UB flying and escalating situations. If someone is breaking rules in the city, just collect their ID if possible and leave. Don't provoke a rule break by repeatedly placing your helicopter in their path to be hit.
