hello admin ,
I have posted one thread for CR on 44399 link : Approved - CR | 44399
first of all I would like to show you my Pov :
in this situation I was going to take task of office , after getting contract I came out of offices there was a guy with blue sultan whose id is : 160196 he asked me to race for task and he wins the races , then that guy offers me races for my task complication by giving me race offer , when we are doing 2 Nd race .
Suddenly a blue Bugatti came with two person ID: 44399 and ID:148103 and was hitting my car and abusing me for having poor car . after complication of race i have just said "chal be chutiye " in Hindi language which mean "go away you moron " it was totally IC situation where I have spoken this word because they were doing CR , I have not spoke a single word OOC and it was reaction of CR and provoking that was in IC and have not Insulted that guy OOC . I was totally IC and I don't know that guy in IRL but the admin name : "Joy Sama" gave me punishment of Gen Rule 31 +mixing . and Admin Name : Alan_Zelensiky has giving me ban for 7 days .
where Gen Rule 3.1 Says: Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
and mixing : Taking information you learned oocly and bringing it into the rp or taking an ic grudge or ooc grudge and caring it over.
but this was totally IC Situation
If I am wrong in this situation you can share me time lapse/spesicfic time of video or you can share me at which moment ,I have done OCC talks or mixing if
and i have insulted that person OOC .
I have also raised same same forum complaint about admin for unban link : Rejected - Ban for Gen Rule 3.1 and Mixing (unban request)| Alan_Zelensky + Joy_Sama but it was rejected

My only point is if I am not guilty please I request you to unban my account and if you find any abidance or proof of talking OOC or Mixing please prove that by sharing or showing time lapse of video
