in POV at 0:27(9:55 server time) u can see this person at place of death and because i know majority of this persons who killing me 20 times in hour ... they will break rule and come back to same spot ... as u can see at 3:53(9:58 server time) same person doing RK and breaking New life rule...
why i scout him , because from morning same persons spraying locations where they was killed*by breaking 15 min nlr) ... same ids whole time, sometimes in personal , but i reported when i had 100% proves in that.
